  • Will The Business Theory® be able to supply videos?

    We do not provide videos for running the ads. You will need to supply the necessary videos for the campaign. Please ensure that you have the required videos available and ready to share with our team as needed.

  • How long does it usually take to build out and launch the campaigns?

    The completion of ad campaigns can take approximately 5-7 business days. This timeframe is calculated from the moment all necessary assets, such as images and videos, are provided to our team, rather than from the time the order is placed or when the onboarding documents are completed.









  • How does the onboarding process work?

    To allow our ads agency to run TikTok Ads on your behalf, we require you to complete the onboarding process. This is necessary for granting access to your account and verifying your business information. 


    Please ensure that all the information provided during this process is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any issues with your account. Once the onboarding process is complete and approved, we will be able to start running ads for your business on TikTok.

  • Do I need to pay both setup and month one's service fee together?

    When purchasing our service, both the setup fee and the first month's service fee are charged on the same day. However, for PPC campaigns, there is typically a 1-2 week delay from the day of purchase to the day the campaign goes live while our team builds out the entire campaign.

  • How long does it take for revisions to be applied?

    When a revision request is made for an active campaign, it can take up to one business day to be fulfilled, depending on the complexity of the request. If a request is submitted during business hours, but not towards the end of the day, it should be completed by the following business day. However, if a request is received outside of business hours, even if it is during the business day itself, it may take up to the day after the following business day to complete.

  • How often are optimizations performed on active campaigns?

    We perform maintenance and optimizations on campaigns at least once a week. After we make changes to a campaign, it takes time for them to take effect and show their performance results. It is important to keep in mind that making changes early on in a campaign will reset the learning phase, meaning that the ads will start from scratch after those changes have been made. 


    Please note that we need to give ads time to perform to their best ability. Although some campaigns may perform well right away, others may require more time before they reach their full potential. This is especially true for accounts that have never advertised before.

  • What happens if the service is canceled?

    Our services for Google Ads will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, even if they are canceled. If our Google Ads team still has access to the account and desires for us to continue working on it, then we will continue to do so till the end of the billing cycle.

  • Is there a minimum ad spend required by TikTok?

    TikTok requires a minimum daily budget of $20 per ad group. Please note that this is not a requirement set by us, but rather a TikTok requirement.

  • Does the setup fee include a funnel?

    Unfortunately, funnels are not included in the setup fee and we don't provide funnel-building services. Though it's not compulsory to use a funnel with a Google Ads campaign, we usually suggest using one as a landing page for better results.

  • How can I add an agency to my Google Ads account?

    To add an agency to your Google Ads account, you need to invite them via email. This process can be done quickly and easily within your Google Ads account by following the instructions provided by Google in their help article


    Essentially, you will need to navigate to your account access and security settings, click on the "Invite" button, enter your agency's email address, select the access level, and send the invitation. Your agency will then receive an email with further instructions on accepting the invitation and accessing your Google Ads account. It is important to note that only the account owner or an admin can grant access to another user.
